The major concept behind reimagining the Kairali Sree theatre in Thrissur is that the concept of Thrissur pooram, glorifies and spreads charm among the people. The features of an elephant in Thrissur pooram are abstracted on the façade. The trunk, tusk, ears, nettipattam and the muthukuda.
